Theme

The project shall describe and/or discuss a practical implementation of RFID for Brunvoll AS.

The project shall contain at least some of the issues:

• What is the desired result?
• Issues related to implementing a full RFID system - including integration with existing ERP system
  
• Issues related to IT architecture
  
• Issues related to the practical handling of tags and readers
  
• Economic issues
• Scope of a RFID project or development phases
• Benefits for Brunvoll and customers
• Issues related to interoperability with other suppliers
  
• Competitive issues
• Opportunities for new business models depending on use of RFID
  

Group size

It is preferred that the students work together in groups of 2.
Exceptions to this shall be approved by teachers.

Presentation

The project shall be presented both orally and as a written report.

Evaluation

The students will be evaluated for both the oral presentation and the written report. It is combined to one grade - A to F.
